Robert E. Svensk was founder and former CEO of EIC and Exporters Insurance Company Ltd., prior to which he was the President of AIG Political Risk Inc. Prior to joining AIG in 1978, Mr. Svensk worked for the Overseas Private Investment Corporation ("OPIC") in Washington, DC as a Loan Officer for Africa, Manager of OPIC's Private Sector Programs, and Deputy Director (Insurance) for Latin America.
Nicholas E.J. Hedley has been involved in the ECPRI markets for 30 years, most recently as Chairman of the Financial Risk Division of Jardine Lloyd Thompson Ltd. Prior to joining JLT in 1995, Mr. Hedley was the senior export credit and political risk underwriter for ten years with AIG in their London office.
Thomas P. Kane was Exporters Insurance Company's Vice President for Latin America, prior to which he was the General Manager of Banco de Crédito, Guayaquil, Ecuador. Mr. Kane worked for Manufacturers Hanover Bank in a variety of international capacities including their representative in Buenos Aires, Santiago and Istanbul and was a Vice President in the bank´s Sovereign Risk Group.
Victor Pocius has over 35 years of corporate finance experience with extensive experience in customer finance, international credit and collections; supplier trade financing, letters of credit, and foreign exchange. Mr. Pocius has managed Customer Credit and Finance operations for Rockwell Graphic Systems, Beloit Corporation and York International.
Peter Swain was an international banking executive at First National Bank of Maryland for over 20 years, including a period as senior credit officer and manager of First Maryland's London branch. In 2001 he headed up trade finance at Riggs Bank in Washington, DC and subsequently joined Chancery Export Finance LLC as a Managing Director.
